The Circle of Health explained

  1. Plants grow healthy: The cycle begins with plants growing healthily, benefiting from good soil, sunlight, water, and nutrients. They thrive and become nutritious.
  2. We eat the plants: As humans, we enjoy the delicious and nutrient-rich plants as part of our diet. We consume fruits, vegetables, and other plant-based foods to nourish our bodies.
  3. We grow healthy: By consuming these nutritious plants, we receive essential vitamins, minerals, and other beneficial compounds that contribute to our overall health and well-being.
  4. Make plant peel fertiliser: After enjoying the fruits, we take the leftover banana peels, among other plant peels, and transform them into organic fertilizer using the Banana Peel Bonanza technique. This step ensures that we utilise the peel waste efficiently, promoting sustainability.
  5. Plants eat the plant food (fertiliser): We then use the plant peel fertiliser to nourish our garden plants, completing the circle. The fertiliser enhances the soils’ nutrients, structure, and microbial activity, leading to healthier plants once more.

And thus, the Circle of Health continues its delightful cycle, highlighting the interconnectedness and benefits derived from nature’s beauty.
